Returns & Cancellations
Order Cancellation and Refund Policy.
CANCELLATION: If there is an error with your order or if there are any changes you wish to make after your order has been placed, due to the automated nature of our system, we require that you contact us within 4 hours of the order being placed or by 11 AM Eastern time of the following business day if the order was placed over the weekend. Orders may only be cancelled within this period.
RETURNS: Our policy lasts seven (7) days. If more than seven (7) days have gone by since you received your purchase, we cannot offer you a return, refund or exchange. DO NOT RETURN YOUR PURCHASE TO THE MANUFACTURER.
In order to return your purchase you must request and receive a return authorization number from Bubblelingo (firstname.lastname@example.org). This authorization number must be printed on the outside of your return package. Your order number and date of sale must be included inside your package.
To be eligible to return your item it must be unused/unworn and in the same condition that you received it and must be in the original packaging. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Customer will be responsible for return shipping. No refund or reimbursement will be made for shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or defective.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE: All of our products go through a very extensive inspection process prior to being shipped. However, in the rare instance that an order is received defective, Customer must notify us within 2 business days of receipt of purchase and include photo(s) as proof and send to Contactus@bubblelingo.com. Please remember to include your order number and date of sale in the email. Bubblelingo, at its discretion, may require you to return the damaged/defective product. If a return is required, 100% of the product must be returned to Bubblelingo and it must be postmarked within 7 days of the request for return. The item must be returned unused/unworn and in the same condition as received. It must also contain the original packaging. All claims are handled on a case by case basis.
If Bubblelingo approves your claim you will have the choice of receiving a store credit or a replacement item which will be shipped at no additional cost to you, via the original paid shipping method.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you will vary.
When shipping you should consider using a trackable shipping service &/or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
GIFTS: If the damaged/defective item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, and Bubblelingo approves your claim, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later and Bubblelingo approves your claim, we will send a store credit to the gift giver and they be notified of your return.
As each item is custom-printed (aka Print on Demand), delivery time will vary and can run anywhere between one (1) and six (6) weeks. No refunds will be issued for an item not delivered unless and until a minimum of 45 days has elapsed from the time the initial order was purchased.
